Return and Exchange Policy

1. Scope of Return and Exchange
If there are quality problems (such as damage, leakage, wrong delivery, etc.) within 7 days after receiving the product, you can apply for return and exchange.
If you apply for return and exchange for personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate color, etc.), the product must be unopened, unused and packaged intact.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Please submit a return and exchange application through the customer service channel within 7 days after receiving the product, and provide the order number and relevant photos.
After the customer service confirms that the conditions for return and exchange are met, please send the product back to the designated address as instructed.
After the returned product is inspected and qualified, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 working days.
3. Refund Instructions
The refund will be returned to the payment account by the original route, and the specific arrival time depends on the payment channel.
The shipping costs incurred by the return shall be borne by the responsible party: quality problems shall be borne by us, and non-quality problems shall be borne by the customer.
4. Notes
Cosmetics are special products. Due to personal hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned or exchanged after opening.
